Are Award Tickets always available on all flights?

Award Tickets are subject to availability depending on different fare levels. Some flights and booking classes may not always be available. We recommend you always check the solution best for you in the dedicated section of your Personal Area.

What’s the difference between an Award Ticket and a ticket purchased in money?

With an Award Ticket, the cost of the flight is shown in points instead of in euros. If your points balance isn't enough to cover the full cost, you won't be able to settle the difference with other forms of payment.

Can I use Award Tickets only for ITA Airways flights?

No, you can also use your points to fly with selected ITA Airways partner airlines, buying the ticket entirely with your Volare points.
