- When checking in, remind the staff of your Volare card number.
Terms and Conditions
- As of May 5, 2023.
- The Voucher can only be used once for booking a stay (accommodation and breakfast). Reservations are subject to availability.
- The acceptance of the Voucher is guaranteed only in the case of a reservation made by contacting the hotel’s booking office directly.
- Any cancellation of the reservation must be made according to the police cancellation of the hotel:
- choosing the flexible rate, the reservation can be confirmed with a credit card to guarantee the reservation, the balance can be paid on departure. Booking cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival, from 1 day before the room a penalty equal to the value of the first night will apply;
- choosing the prepaid rate, the total reservation amount will be charged to the credit card provided during registration, stay cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Tourist taxes and any extras are not included in the Voucher. The resort will charge at check-out the amounts of the same.
- The stay voucher is valid until the date indicated in the voucher itself.
- The voucher cannot be used for any extras.
