How to spend points with the initiative

  1. Book directly by contacting the Forte Village booking office on +39 0709218818 or send an email to holiday@fortevillage.com communicating your Volare card number when booking;
  2. When checking in, remind the staff of your Volare card number.

  • As of May 5, 2023.
  • The Voucher can only be used once for booking a stay (accommodation with half board). Reservations are subject to availability.
  • The acceptance of the Voucher is guaranteed only in case of a reservation made by contacting the resort’s booking office directly.
  • Any cancellation must be made according to the Resort’s cancellation policy:
    • for stays from 1 April to 31 May 2023 and from 1 to 27 October 2023, bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival; from 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
    • for stays from 1 to 30 June 2023 and from 1 to 30 September 2023, bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival; from 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
    • for stays from 1 July to 31 August 2023, cancellations received between 30 and 8 days before the arrival, 25% of the total reservation will be charged; from 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
  • Tourist taxes and any extras are not included in the Voucher. The resort will charge at check-out the amounts of the same.
  • The stay voucher is valid until the date indicated in the voucher itself.
  • The voucher cannot be used for any extras.
