Shop at Esselunga and earn more Fìdaty points. Speed up your points collection by buying the products and services of the program’s Leading Partners. You can use your Fìdaty points in a variety of ways: to obtain numerous prizes from the Fìdaty Catalogue and to get a discount on your shopping.
How to take advantage of the initiative
- To convert your Volare points into Fìdaty points you need to have a Fìdaty card (Gold/Green) and to be a member of the Volare program.
- After logging into your Volare profile, you can convert your Volare points into Fìdaty points by using the converter you will find on this page and by inserting your Fìdaty card number.
- Convert your Volare points as below. You will then receive a confirmation message:
- 500 Volare points into 150 Fìdaty points;
- 1000 Volare points into 300 Fìdaty points;
- 1500 Volare points into 450 Fìdaty points;
- 2000 Volare points into 600 Fìdaty points;
- 2500 Volare points into 750 Fìdaty points;
- The Fìdaty points will be credited within 6 weeks of requesting the conversion of your Volare points.
- Register on the Esselunga website or app to check your Fìdaty points balance.
Terms and Conditions
- As of October 7, 2024.
- Users registered in both programs can convert Volare points into Fìdaty points, provided the cards for both programs bear the same name.
- The customer must insert the Fìdaty card number correctly.
- Once your Volare points have been converted into Fìdaty points, they can no longer be recredited to your Volare profile.
- The Fìdaty points will be credited within 6 weeks of requesting the conversion of your Volare points.
