Priority Service

Depending on your Volare Club, you will be entitled to dedicated benefits when flying with Lufthansa Group airlines (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa City, Discover Airlines, Air Dolomiti).

As a Club Plus member, you will be entitled to priority access to the check-in counters, an additional item of checked baggage (excluding the Light fare) and waiting list priority both when booking and at the airport.

As a member of the Premium or Executive Club, instead, you can benefit from priority access to the check-in counters, an additional item of checked baggage (excluding the Light fare), Fast Track, access to the lounge , priority boarding, free seat selection*, priority baggage claim, waiting list priority both when booking and at the airport, and priority access to the Ticketing, Transit and Lost&Found counters (where available).

The benefits dedicated to you are valid from 1 July 2025.

*As a Premium and Executive member, you are entitled to free seat selection depending on whether you are flying continental or intercontinental and the type of fare purchased.
