To earn Volare points, the member will have to show his/her Volare card at check-in or provide its details at the time of booking, to allow its registration in his/her profile.
Points will be recognized by Starhotels only for stays purchased by Volare members at the eligible rates, i.e. all with the exception of stays purchased through Online Travel Agencies at prepaid rates.
Points will be awarded only for stays including at least one night, only for the single room occupied by the Volare member and not for additional members in the same room or for multiple rooms booked and/or paid for in the member's name.
The benefits reserved by Starhotels to Volare members cannot be combined with other loyalty programs.
In the event of points not being credited, Volare members can request their credit within 3 months from the check-out date by sending an e-mail to loyalty@starhotels.it indicating:
