Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is an international hotel group of South Tyrolean origin that has been operating in the European hospitality market for 65 years.

From a small house of just 7 rooms opened in Casteldarne in the province of Bolzano, today the hotel group boasts 30 properties including hotels, resorts and apartments, all 4 or 5 stars, located in 6 European countries, in the best seaside and mountain resorts, or in capital cities such as Prague, Belgrade and Bratislava.

  • When checking in, remind the staff of your Volare card number. 
  • The points will be credited within 90 days of the conclusion of your stay.

Points are only awarded for direct bookings through the channels indicated in the previous section. Points are awarded for spending on the booked stay and not on any extra expenses you may incur at the hotel.

Points are not awarded for cancelled reservations or no-shows even if penalty fee.
