appTaxi - your taxi on your smartphone

Download appTaxi and call a taxi right on the app! You can travel with us in Milan, Florence, Rome, Naples, Catania, Cagliari, Verona and in many other Italian cities, without having to change app or worry about looking for the local taxi company. With appTaxi you can request or book a taxi with the features you need and pay the fare directly with the app or with your preferred payment method, securely and transparently. appTaxi is easy to use, with complete autonomy, and has the functions that you need: you can save your favourite trips to have them quickly to hand and know an estimate in advance for every trip you make. On completion of every payment, you will get the receipt for your fare by email, making them all easily available.

With appTaxi employees or co-workers on work trips can also travel with ease thanks to the services especially for businesses. appTaxiPay is our solution for fast, optimised and practical management of work trips by taxi.

How to accumulate points with the initiative

Every trip requested and paid for by app allows you to earn Volare points!

Earning Volare points is very easy, here’s what you have to do:

  • download appTaxi here and create your account
  • register your Volare Card in the Loyalty section
  • insert a payment method to pay for your trips with the app
  • request and pay for every trip with the application

For each trip requested and paid for through appTaxi you collect 4 Volare points for every euro spent!

  • As of September 7, 2023.
  • Volare points will be received exclusively for those trips requested and paid for through the application, without exception.
  • Volare points will be received exclusively for those trips taken from the moment your Card is registered in appTaxi and not those taken before this.
  • Volare Points lost as a result of incorrect or incomplete insertion of details (for example incomplete or incorrect insertion of your Volare Code) cannot be recovered.
  • Earning double points for the same trip is not permitted. Should a double credit for the same trip occur, this will be cancelled.
